my snowmobile is broke stator went out how doi fix it and where can i find the parts?

i have a artic cat EXT EFI 550 the stator wen out on it i have the clymer manual but that doesn't tell me how to diagnose what part it is and i need help finding it and where to find the parts im only 15 i don'r have very many resousces i got the tools i just need help i know carbs not EFI's
