It featured snowmobiles, a team of emergency response people, codenames, etc- what is the name of the tv show?

I remember that it was in the late 80's, early 90's. There were several members of the "team" and they had codenames or some other titles that were emblazoned on their snowmobiles, ATVs, 4-wheel-drive vehicles. It may have been a mini-series, or a short-run tv series. I'm wracking my brain so if anyone has ideas, I would be grateful!
