How do I sell a snowmobile from NH to Canada?

What is required from the seller? What is required from the buyer? Is there a waiting period? Can the buyer get the snowmobile that day?

Can they drive to NH, purchase the snowmobiles and then return to Canada? What might they run into for problems at the border?
