1998 yamaha bravo snowmobile carburator settings?

My 1998 Yamaha bravo snowmobile will not start, It ran out of fuel, and has not run properly since. I have cleaned the carb, changed the coil and checked the fuel pump. I also changed all the fuel lines, I am at a loss, any help?

check the bottom of the tank for debris where the supply line comes out. clean it well and hope for the best.
