How to download snowmobile trails on a Nuvi 200?

How do you download snowmobile trail maps to a Garmin Nuvi 200 GPS. I found a website to use to do it nut when I download mapsource from there site it says "no previous mapsource topo US found--sutup will now terminate"

please help

what do I need to do differently??
