Default POLL: Could you drive a snowmobile down a mountainside if you had to?

JJAYZ: The very tone of the question assumes that you've never done this sort of thing before..so the person attempting to perform this task isn't skilled at snowmobiling. What would be the logic in asking a person who already knows how to operate a snowmobile if they would drive one down a mountainside if they had to?
And as for the," if you had to" part: that would be an extreme emergency/life or death/serious and precarious situation?

They say: never answer a question with a question. If the question is too vague "for you", please try to move on to another one that isn't so vague.
Thank-you!

Peace..Joy

I don't think so. I live in the tropics and I have never seen natural snow personally, never skied, never been on any alps, so I don't think so.

Sure.....Just don't make a sharp turn across the grade of the mountain, because if you do you'll roll over and over.

This is not a difficult thing to do. Going up takes a little skill.

Yes. Having skiid before I would do it. Also being aware of the forces, the slopes, gravity, wind shear, I feel I could do it.
