why wont my snowmobile accelerate/ how can i was the inside?

i have a 1999 polaris xcf 440 sp it will accelerate sometimes other times i can pin it and it will go between 8-14 mph, also how can i clean the inside of my snowmobile can i just spray it with a presure washer
