Snowmobile Questions...?

I am new to snowmobiles and am looking for a used one. I have decided to either get a '96 polaris xcr 600, a '92 polaris indy trail 500, or a '92 yamaha exciter. Which one wieghs the least and has the least chance of getting stuck when breaking a trail?
