Does banning ATVs/Dirt Bikes/Snowmobiles Decrease Property Values?

I own property in a rural wooded area and recently they have banned all off road vehicles. I am trying to propose a reason to why they should be allowed. Does anyone know if this has any affect on property values?

Actually banning ATV's will increase your property value. From the standpoint of: 1. reduction in liability insurance costs; 2. quiet enjoyment of property and; 3. resale.That is why most subdivisions have banned them.
